We put Atredians and their loved ones first.  We value each other as individuals, and celebrate our lives both inside and outside the work environment.

  • We Strive to Find a Positive Work-life Balance: We understand that life outside of work is important, and we encourage each other to take the time they need to recharge, focus on others, and attend to personal matters. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where our obligations to ourselves and our loved ones are respected.

  • We Balance Client Requests with Team Capacity: We work with clients to understand and set realistic expectations, ensuring that the workload is manageable for our team, so we can mitigate burnout or overwork.

  • We Set Healthy Boundaries: While we always strive to meet client expectations, we will not do so at the expense of our employees' well-being. We set clear boundaries throughout an engagement’s lifecycle to ensure that client needs are met in a sustainable and respectful manner.

We value each person's point of view and approach conversations with openness and curiosity, even when we disagree. We approach conflicts directly, respectfully, and with a focus on resolving the core issue and hearing all sides.

  • We Practice Empathy: We recognize that everyone has different racial and cultural backgrounds, perspectives, and challenges, and that these differences can sometimes influence how we communicate or act. We respect each Atredian’s cultural or religious beliefs, as well as their sexual orientation, gender identity, or neurodiversity.

  • We Embrace Our Mistakes: We accept that we are all imperfect human beings, and we aren’t afraid to acknowledge our faults. We support one another in learning from our errors and moving forward in a constructive way.  When we or another Atredian makes a mistake, we own that responsibility together and approach the situation with a spirit of learning, using it as an opportunity to grow and strengthen our relationships and develop new skills.

If we are unable to meet a deadline or promise, we will communicate early and proactively to find a solution. We strive to balance our personal commitments outside of work with our commitment to deliver excellent work for our clients and our peers.
